Joel is a great guy... Brought in my RAV 4, and I originally thought the transmission needed work given that two different garages stated that the transmission required replacement (approximately $3,000). Joel examined the car and recommended that ONLY the spark plugs and the coils needed replacement. Saved a ton of money, and the car works like new... Joel the owner was wonderful to work with when I needed a pre purchase inspection (PPI) done on a car that I wanted to purchase hundreds of miles away that is supposed to be delivered to me so I wasn't going to be able to see it in person before purchasing. Needless to say I really appreciated his help and he was very accommodating as busy as he was so that I could get it in and out and not miss out on the sale. He was very thorough in going over the car and very detailed on the inspection report. I highly recommend anyone purchasing from out of state that they get a PPI done because there are some issues that are going on with the car that needed to be addressed and we wouldn't have known it if we didn't have it inspected first by a independant certified technician.
