After used car shopping for a while, I found a vehicle I was very interested in. I called Carcanix and the owner answered, we talked about the different Pre-purchase inspections they do and set up a time later that afternoon for them to look at the car. They did a very thorough inspection and gave me a detailed written report on the condition of the car. I brought my 2013 VW Golf TDI for transmission fluid and filter replacement & an oil change a couple of weeks ago. I brought it in at the time agreed upon and they returned it back at the time promised. The work took a few hours so I was dropped off & picked up afterwards. There was some loose bolts in the driver's door. Joel had it checked out and tightened as a courtesy. He's honest & really takes care of his customers. That's why I keep coming back.
